Lifetime Limited Warranty Parts
Lifetime Warranty Parts are just that: parts built and covered by a limited warranty to last the lifetime of your vehicle. They are built to the highest standards and with the strongest materials and installed by factory-trained Nissan technicians. On top of all that, all Lifetime Warranty parts are warrantied for life for labor and replacement. It doesn't get much better than that. (See Thomas Nissan and read your warranty for details.)Nissan currently offers the following Lifetime Warranty Parts:

• Shocks/struts (installed on or after July 1, 1999 only)
• Mufflers (installed on or after October 1, 1999 only)

Note: Nissan's Lifetime Limited Warranty applies exclusively to Genuine Nissan replacement parts installed at customer expense. Original repair must have been 100% customer pay. Lifetime Limited Warranty does not apply to replacement parts installed as a condition of warranty, goodwill, and service campaign or service contract. Replacement parts must have been installed on the Nissan vehicle by an authorized Nissan dealer, and customer must present proof of purchase (original dated R.O.) to obtain parts replacement. Over-the-counter, wholesale, and Key Value parts purchases are not eligible for Lifetime Warranty. The Genuine Nissan Lifetime Limited Warranty Certificate serves as the legal document describing the Lifetime Limited Warranty terms and conditions.

Remanufactured Parts
When your car needs repairs, you often face a challenging choice: pay the relatively high price for an original equipment-quality replacement, or play performance roulette with aftermarket-rebuilt parts.

Nissan Remanufactured Parts come with a 12-month/12,000-mile limited warranty OR the remainder of your Nissan's basic warranty (whichever is greater), and installing a Genuine Nissan Remanufactured Part does not alter your vehicle warranty.

Collision Parts
Genuine Nissan Collision Parts are designed specifically for your vehicle. But many insurance companies authorize the use of non-genuine parts to repair your Nissan. Non-genuine (imitation) parts are often made from impressions that do not fit Nissan specifications and standards, and may jeopardize your safety, warranty and vehicle value, while causing excess wear-and-use lease expenses. In over 40 states, the law says you must be advised if non-genuine parts are used to repair your vehicle. Some states restrict insurance companies from authorizing non-genuine collision parts during the new vehicle warranty period.
